How CorpusAegis handles your documents
Two documents govern customer data. Both are complete drafts, published on 2026-08-04 with their open items left in. Neither has been reviewed by counsel, and neither may be executed. Counsel review is a gate on MVP.
Why publish an unreviewed draft
Because the alternative is publishing nothing and asserting the same commitments verbally. These documents describe the system as it was built and measured, including the controls that are designed and not yet built. A buyer can read exactly what exists today before talking to us. That is the same standard we apply to our performance numbers and our proof artifacts.

Roles, sub-processors, security measures, deletion, audit, and breach notification. Section 5.2 records the material fact that answer generation runs on self-hosted open weights, so no third-party model provider receives customer document text.

The current limit on customer data
CorpusAegis does not accept customer documents containing personal data today. Permission-aware retrieval and tenant isolation are designed and not built. Until they are, and until counsel has reviewed these documents, no multi-user customer tenant is onboarded. The proof corpora on this site are public or synthetic.
